Last Sunday, we had a little bit of a storm and this piece of the neighbor's tree fell onto our garage roof! Ahh! We are just new little homeowners so were like, "What do we do in a situation like this!????" Luckily, our neighbor came over and said they would take care of it and have since been up on the roof to make sure no damage was done and luckily, none was. They are planning on having the tree cut when the rain stops... and the same neighbor even mowed our front lawn for us yesterday! How nice! I like living in a spacious neighborhood with friendly people and not next to a grumpy old man with a front door 5 feet away from ours that complains about every little sound!!!
