Goodbye Nasty Ol' Carpet!

The carpet that was left in the house when we moved in was absolutely NASTY! The people that lived here before us had indoor pets and they also smoked! EWWW! So we've had to live here in that filth for a few months... Our contractors finally got the carpet people here to install the new carpet. It was so much fun watching them rip up the old carpet! The carpet, pads and floor were all so dirty underneath! It was cool to see our pretty hardwood floors though. Finally, after 2 days of work, the carpet guys had the whole house completely finished. I had no idea how much physical, hard labor really goes into replacing carpet. I am so thankful for the men that had the skill to do that for us! We are so much happier, our home looks and feels so much cleaner and newer!
